It doesn't look like Trump's executive actions on coronavirus relief will actually do much

But they face both the possibility of being challenged in the courts and of being difficult to implement. He touted that his "administration will provide immediate and vital relief to Americans struggling in this difficult time," but so far it's unclear exactly when and how that can happen....
